Training on Cosmic Education, Montessori Math, Language, and cultural studies for reasoning minds (6–9 yrs).
Prepares educators to guide older children transitioning towards adolescence, characterized by independence, leadership, and critical thinking.
Prepares teachers to guide older children in abstract reasoning, leadership, research, and civic responsibility.
Targeted at heads of schools, administrators, and programme coordinators, this course equips leaders to manage and sustain high-quality Montessori institutions.
Develops leaders to manage Montessori schools, oversee accreditation, build staff capacity, and advocate for Montessori within Ghana’s policy frameworks.
Participants receive a MoFoG Certificate (with university partnerships where applicable), recognized under the Montessori Pathway to Excellence framework and by Ghana’s educational regulators.
Graduates obtain a temporary license from the National Teaching Council (NTC), enabling them to teach legally while working toward full professional status.
Enrollees join Ghana’s only national Montessori network, gaining access to peer support, mentorship, and collaboration opportunities with schools, training centres, and MoFoG members.
For those pursuing leadership or opening schools, MoFoG courses prepare graduates to manage Montessori institutions, meet quality assurance standards, and participate in MoFoG accreditation programmes.
